Biography
Lester is well known in Grenada as a Banker with over 30 years experience as a banking and general management practitioner, whose work is rooted in human systems improvement.
His executive profile includes Senior Manager and Board Directorship with RBTT Bank, Chief Executive Officer at Grenada Airports Authority and most recently as General Manager at Grenada distiller’s ltd.
Mr. Andall has led successful high-profile initiatives at the above institutions as follows:
- RBTT Bank: Implementation of a risk management framework for eastern Caribbean branches and recovery of RBTT Grenada operations in the aftermath of the passage of hurricane Ivan in 2006;
- Grenada Airports Authority: Debt restructuring and process improvement; and
- Grenada distiller’s ltd: Product quality and system improvements, system and standards certification and refinance.
Mr. Andall attended Henley Management College UK as a Chevening scholar and read for the Doctorate in Business Administration with the University of Liverpool UK, Institute of Leadership. His practitioner interest is leadership practice and Human relations.
Areas of Expertise
He is currently president of the Grenada Chamber of Industry and Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors of Grenada Broadcasting Corporation.
He is president of the Rotary Club of Grenada – Rotary year 2018/ 2019.
